Near Field Communications has become one of the buzzwords across a number of different sectors. Whilst it is primarily a mobile technology, its application to the transit and to the payment sectors has made it a topic of great interest to technical and commercial people across these sectors. Andrew Henderson of Giesecke and Devrient will talk about the development of NFC technology, the various options and give a view of where the technology will be applied and how.
